My morning manifestation routine

Repeat after me, “I can have it all.” No, seriously, you really, really can. You see, one thing I have learned in my many years of life is that when you stop restricting what you (think), you start making choices and rewiring thought patterns to create a reality that you (love). While manifestation means many things to many people, for me, it means that I really can live an abundant, joyful life- but I don’t have to always be in control of how I get there. Manifestation is equal parts creating powerful thoughts, as it is letting go of them. It’s the letting go part that most people struggle with, but once you get around that, your life becomes limitless.

Now, I am a busy mama of three, and I work full time as a writer- so in between working, cleaning, homeschooling, and all the things, you might wonder how I get my mindfulness time in. Well, it’s all about starting my day right. When you begin the day with a solid mindset, the rest of the day moves with ease. That is powerful AF. So without further ado, here is a little peek into my morning manifestation routine.

Coffee Mantra

Ok, this one might seem a little silly, but I am telling you it WORKS! Every morning I make my coffee, sprinkle in a little cinnamon, and stir my cup of coffee while creating my mantra for the day. Maybe that mantra or intention is to have a slow day, make extra money, or even send positive vibes to my loved ones- but I am telling you it has never let me down. It is such a simple act, but the results are big. I even had my hubby try it out, and he was pretty impressed with the results, and he is definitely not a “woo woo” kind of person.

Scripting or journaling

Every morning I journal, except instead of writing about my day, I write about my dream day. I write as if I have already reached all of my goals. I write about how that feels, the sounds I hear, the things I see- and I create this new reality right there on the pages of my journal. While it might sound like storytelling (and it is), I have to tell you this practice makes all of your BIG dreams feel more realistic and reachable. You acknowledge that you can have this dream life, and it trains your brain to help you get there.

Meditation

While I might not always listen to mediation music and sit cross-legged on the floor, sometimes meditation for me is sitting outside with my coffee and feeling the cool air and hearing the birds sing. This is so relaxing and grounding, it sets the tone for the day, and I try to do this every morning, no matter what.

Gratitude

I firmly believe that you need to be grateful for what is already in your life before you can let the new in. A daily gratitude practice has changed me for the better. Sometimes we get so caught up in life and we forget how blessed we are. Sometimes I pray as my thanks or write everything down to see the list of people and things I am so grateful for. I can honestly say that this is the most critical part of manifestation, the art of gratitude, so don’t skip this one!

Well, my love, I hope you found this helpful, and you can start implementing some or all of these routines in your morning. Don’t forget to make it your own and do whatever feels right for you.
